*Secret judging will begin at 7pm

*Judges will be Town Officers and selected Citizens of Richmond

*All entries will be judged anonymously on three points: Appearance, Texture (proper to the item), and Flavor

*Prizes will be awarded at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 9
